What time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. Lunch is two hours into the event and we will finish up after four total hours.
What to bring: Please bring water and a towel. We will provide all training equipment. If you don't want pizza, bring a sack lunch.
What to wear: Gym or sweat pants preferred. Shorts are ok but you probably will end up on the ground so better to protect your knees. Regular gym shoes. No cleats. Be ready to move! You'll be learning the basics of America's next great sport.
